In the city of Turkmenabat, Lebap velayat, is located
of our meat processing factory.
In 2014, we started producing high quality meat products that are full of variety:
Cooked sausages
Small sausages
Meat rolls
Smoked sausages
Raw smoked sausages
Sausages
Air-dried meat
Competent organization of production is impossible without the use of universal equipment for the food industry. At our enterprise, we use processing equipment, refrigeration equipment, prepacking and packaging equipment.
Thanks to updated production technologies, a team of 30 people can work in a well-coordinated and efficient manner. When manufacturing quality products, we subject them to thorough testing in our laboratory. The task of the laboratory is the quality control of finished products and incoming raw materials.
Providing a wide range of meat products, we are widely represented in the local market. Our annual production capacity is 500 tonnes of meat and sausage products, where 60% are chicken and 40% are beef products.
The research works are being
conducted in two ways:
Organoleptic analysis - the product is evaluated by consistency, appearance, aroma and taste.
Physicochemical analysis - determines the mass fraction of starch, moisture, and sodium chloride.
Lebap et önümleri - is laboratory-tested quality products.
